Hurricane Damage Assessment Request Form

Hillsborough residents and commercial property owners who have incurred damages to homes and buildings due to Hurricane Irma should fill out our online hurricane damage report form to advise our office of damage. This form is only for property tax purposes. Our staff will be out to inspect any damage as soon as possible. Any damage unrepaired as of January 1, 2018 may entitle you to an adjustment for your 2018 property taxes.
